Let Love In

How does it help?

It can be hard to let love in. You may often push it away without even realizing that you’re doing it. In this exercise you’ll open your heart chakra—your spiritual center for love and compassion—with CBD and a mantra. With this self-care ritual you can release the fear that you aren’t good enough.

How to:

  1. Pull out your yoga mat or pillow, turn on some ambient music, and take some CBD to help quiet any unpleasant or intrusive thoughts.
  2. Close your eyes and think about how you may reject love. Maybe you don’t even realize that you push it away or how you shut down others. When something nice comes your way, it’s hard to trust it, but you must let love in. Think about how you deserve that love in your life.
  3. Repeat the mantra “I am worthy of love” over and over. Then imagine a bright-diamond, sparkling light filling your heart. You are worthy of love.
