Have a “Yes” Day

How does it help?

Give yourself an entire day of saying yes. If you never indulge and only deny, the objects of your desire can haunt you and feel like bigger things than they actually are. Adding some CBD to this self-care exercise will help you fight off any guilt you experience from doing things like eating chocolate chip pancakes for dinner or staying out past your bedtime.

How to:

  1. Set some ground rules. Perhaps spending over a certain amount or staying up past a certain hour is off-limits. Other than that, for 1 day, you are going to say yes to everything you want.
  2. Start the day by ingesting CBD, then make a list of things that you want to do but usually say no to. For example, maybe you always say no to eating a sugary breakfast, wearing a blue wig, or accepting a first date.
  3. Commence your day of saying yes! Of course, only say yes to things you want. The point of the celebration is to indulge. If any pesky guilt pops up, use CBD to swat it away.
