Relax Post-Workout

How does it help?

It’s normal to be a little sore after a tough workout. Muscle recovery takes 24–48 hours, so it’s important to rest after exercise. Rub CBD salve into sore muscles to reduce swelling, inflammation, and pain so you can get back out there.

How to:

  1. Stretch after your workout. Gently move through a series of recovery postures that address the parts of your body that got a workout.
  2. As you stretch, keep a CBD topical by your side. Eliminate outside distractions so that you can be fully present in your body. Notice aches and pains. Gently massage healing CBD topical into these sore areas.
  3. Drink plenty of fluids and rest. If you need help reminding your body and mind that it’s okay to do so, consume additional CBD to lower your body’s stress response.
