Build a Fort

Whether you’re at work or at home, you probably have to act like a grown-up all day long. Playful activities, such as building a fort, can help you relax, get silly, and have some fun. Fortunately, adding stress-busting CBD to this playtime will help you tap in to your childlike curiosity and shed any hang-ups about adulthood.

How to:

  1. Consume some CBD and gather your fort-making supplies. You can use chairs, blankets, sheets, couch pillows, or whatever else you have around your home. Don’t worry about looking silly. This is all about having fun and creating a temporary space just for you!
  2. Try arranging the chairs in front of your couch. Remove the couch cushions to turn them into walls. Hang the blankets and sheets over the couch and chairs to create the fort roof. Place other pillows, blankets, books, and toys inside the fort.
  3. Use the fort for fun and snuggles with family members or pets, or as alone time to cozy up with a good book. Either way is self-care!
