How does it help?

Diaphragmatic breathing is deep breathing done by contracting the diaphragm. CBD will help you relax and focus before you begin sinking into diaphragmatic breathing. How to:

  1. Squeeze a dose of CBD tincture under your tongue. Then, in a comfortable seated position, place one hand on your chest and one hand below your rib cage. Notice any energy blockages, or areas that feel like dull gray clouds restricting your energetic flow.
  2. Breathe in slowly through your nostrils. Let your stomach expand out against your hand. Imagine that you are inhaling a silver white light of power and serenity.
  3. Tighten your abdominal muscles, letting them move inward while you exhale. Keep the hand on your upper chest as still as possible. Imagine that you are blowing out any gray, black, or sickly green-colored tension bogging you down.
  4. Repeat for 10 rounds. Allow calm to wash over you. Keep it with you throughout the rest of your day or evening.
