How to:

  1. You can’t set boundaries if you don’t know what yours are. Consume CBD and sit cross-legged on the floor or on a yoga mat.
  2. Close your eyes. Inhale and exhale 10 times. Ask yourself: What feels intrusive? What feels unsafe? Keep a pen and notebook nearby to jot down the thoughts that arise.
