Step Away from an Argument
How does it help?
Avoid getting heated or saying something you regret in an argument by stepping away for a moment. By not immediately reacting, you practice self-care by allowing yourself time to gather your thoughts, calm your nerves with CBD, and then return to the discussion.
How to:
- If a fight feels like it’s escalating or is just generally unproductive, take a minute and step away. Then consume CBD to help calm down. Reflect on what you’re angry about. Take some deep breaths.
