How does it help?
When you are run-down, overwhelmed, or in need of a day off, you may just push through it and keep going, but ignoring your needs won’t help you in the long run. Practice self-care by using CBD to open up emotionally and let others know when you’re at your limit and need help.
How to:
- Know when you feel overwhelmed. Be realistic. Be honest. Learn to recognize your limits before you have a panic attack or feel tears coming on.
- When you feel you’ve hit your wall, step back and assess the situation. Whether it’s physical exhaustion or a shortened fuse, identify indicators that you need some self-care stat. Keep CBD with you. Take it to calm stress and to remind yourself that everything is going to be okay.
- Self-care is important, but sometimes self-care means leaning on your support system. Reach out to someone you trust, and ask for help. Accept the help without guilt. You can make it up to them when they need your help.
