Write a Love Letter

How does it help?

How to:

  1. Take CBD. Sit somewhere comfy where you can meditate. As the CBD starts to take effect, think about how much you love this person. If anything they do annoys you, breathe through it.
  2. Keep a notebook by your side. As you reflect, jot down notes. How does the person you love inspire you? How has your life changed for the better since they joined it? Do you have anything sexy to say?
  3. Sit down to write the love letter. If you don’t know where to start, just start writing. Words will come. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be honest.
  4. Read the letter back to yourself. Feel the love. Revise and edit if you like, but remember that it’s okay to be messy and real.
  5. Give the letter to the one you love. Embrace the joy felt all around.
