Make a Gratitude List

How does it help?

CBD helps you open your heart and feel grateful by reducing irritating thoughts that may keep you stuck in a pattern of negativity. Capture those warm feelings by taking the time to make a gratitude list and appreciate how great your life really is.

How to:

  1. Consume CBD to enter a state of mindfulness. With an open mind, observe your thoughts. How many of them are negative? Your thoughts shape your reality, which means that figuring out what’s beautiful in your life produces tangible results. Take out a piece of paper and write “Gratitude List” across the top.
  2. Make a list of things you are thankful for. They can be as small as your favorite cereal, or as big as freedom of speech. Don’t forget to add self-care to the list! Once you start you will be stunned at how much there is to be grateful for.
  3. To level up your gratitude lists and hold yourself accountable, create a gratitude email chain with friends. Their lists will inspire you and vice versa.
