Meditate under Blue Lighting

How does it help?

Spending time under blue lights has been shown to improve mood, so practice some mental self-care and swap out any harsh overhead bulbs with blue ones. CBD also has a positive effect on serotonin in the brain and gets rid of the blues, so you’ll be in for some powerful CBD self-care that will help boost your mood.

How to:

  1. Pick up and install some color-changing LED light bulbs, then place a dose of CBD under your tongue.
  2. Make all the lights blue and sit with your CBD for at least 10 minutes, soaking in the mood-boosting hue.
  3. If you’re up for it, try doing some stretching and yoga moves in your blue light. Relax here for as long as you want. This time is yours for self-care, so do whatever makes you feel good.
