Meditate under Blue Lighting
How does it help?
Spending time under blue lights has been shown to improve mood, so practice some mental self-care and swap out any harsh overhead bulbs with blue ones. CBD also has a positive effect on serotonin in the brain and gets rid of the blues, so you’ll be in for some powerful CBD self-care that will help boost your mood.
How to:
- Pick up and install some color-changing LED light bulbs, then place a dose of CBD under your tongue.
- Make all the lights blue and sit with your CBD for at least 10 minutes, soaking in the mood-boosting hue.
- If you’re up for it, try doing some stretching and yoga moves in your blue light. Relax here for as long as you want. This time is yours for self-care, so do whatever makes you feel good.
