Be Selfish

How does it help?

Being selfish gets a bad rap, but when you neglect yourself, there is no way that you can hold it together for those around you. When you prioritize others so often, it may feel funny to put yourself first, but you can get over this mental block to self-care with invigorating CBD.

How to:

  1. You have been giving others far too much of your time and mental space. Now it’s time to focus on you. Start practicing self-care by placing a dose of CBD under your tongue.
  2. Ask yourself if there is something you are not doing that you wish you were. If you feel this way, stop making others a priority over yourself. Politely tell those around you that you have somewhere else to be, then go do whatever it is that you want to do.
  3. Continue to prioritize yourself and notice how much more you accomplish when you do.
