How does it help?

The Law of Attraction states that when you think positively, you attract positivity to your life. When you think negatively, you attract negativity to your life instead. CBD helps remove worries that keep you stuck in negative thinking patterns, leading you toward a positive mindset associated with a longer lifespan and a more productive life. Paired with CBD, which lowers worries, believing you can do it helps you achieve it.

How to:

  1. Using a pen and paper, write out all your worries and fears. Then tear it up and throw it away.
  2. Consume some CBD. As it takes effect, write down a new list of everything that you want to gain or achieve. It can be a new job, a certain amount of money in your bank account, a dream vacation, or literally anything you want. Hang it up somewhere you can see it.
  3. Then begin each day by mentally listing your achievements, everything from career advances to surviving a horrible breakup, to remind yourself how strong you are. Keep CBD on you and take it as needed to help fight off negative thinking.
