This is the proper icing-to-cupcake ratio for a CCC.

 

Step 1:

Glue cupcakes (in their paper wrappers) to a board using icing. Lots of icing.

Step 2:

Slop on a layer of icing approximately 1.5-2 inches in thickness, smoothing over the gaps between cupcakes like drywall mud over, er … drywall. (See reference photo, above.)

Step 3:

“Decorate.”

When done, you end up with something like you see on the next page.
