Thanksgiving Wraps

You don’t have to wait for Turkey Day leftovers to enjoy these!

Ingredients

Serves 6

2 cups diced cooked turkey

1 medium stalk celery, minced

12 cup red seedless grapes, halved

2 tablespoons minced red onion

14 cup dried cranberries

6 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

12 large romaine lettuce leaves

Cranberry Additions

Dried cranberries make a tasty addition to many everyday foods. Add them to cereal, trail mix, oatmeal cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and salads for a sweet and tart surprise.

  1. Toss together all ingredients except lettuce in a large bowl.
  2. Lay out lettuce leaves, add turkey filling, and roll them up.
