Beet and Fruit Smoothie

1 cup beet greens

1 medium beet

3 medium carrots, peeled

2 large apples, cored

1 medium banana, peeled

3 cups brewed green tea, divided

  1. Combine beet greens, beet, carrots, apples, banana, and 112 cups tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  2. Add remaining 112 cups tea while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
