Ingredients:
- 2 eggs, hard cooked
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 fl oz thick Greek yogurt
- 2-3 sprigs fresh dill, finely chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut eggs into small pieces, chop garlic.
- Combine all ingredients except dill in blender bowl and blend until smooth.
- Add the finely chopped dill and stir with a spoon.
