Garlic onion sauce with sunflower seeds

Ingredients:
- 2.5-3 fl oz extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ small red onion
- 2 tsp toasted sunflower seeds
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- sea salt to taste
Instructions:
- Chop red onion very finely, press garlic.
- Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, onion and garlic to olive oil and stir with a fork. Add sunflower seeds and stir again.
- Serve immediately.
