Ingredients:
- 3.5 fl oz extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried rosemary

Instructions:
- Combine olive oil with garlic, add lemon juice, oregano, rosemary and salt. Whisk with a wire whisk or fork.
- Add thyme leaves and leave sauce to infuse for 30-40 min.
