9. Mahogany Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

Chicken wings (3 lbs., split and tips removed)

Soy sauce (1/2 cup)

Honey (1/2 cup)

Molasses (1/4 cup)

Chile sauce (2 tbsps.)

Ginger (1 tsp. ground)

Garlic (2 cloves, finely chopped)
Directions:
Place the chicken into a dish.
Mix the molasses, honey, ground ginger, chile sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl.
Pour mixture over the chicken then cover and refrigerate for approx., 1 hour, occasionally turning.
Preheat oven.
Arrange the chicken into a single layer into a baking dish.
Bake into oven approx., 50 minutes, brush using the rest soy sauce mixture often then turn once, till meat is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
