13. Baked Lemon and Pepper Wings

Ingredients:

Chicken wings (2 pounds)

Olive oil (2 Tbsp. of extra virgin)

Butter (1 Tbsp. of melted)

Lemon (½, juice only)

Lemon and pepper seasoning (1 Tbsp.)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a bowl, add in the chicken wings, 0live oil and lemon juice. Toss well to mix. Place onto the baking sheet.
Put in the oven to bake for 50 minutes or until cooked through.
In a separate bowl, add in the melted butter and lemon and pepper seasoning. Stir well to mix. Add in the roasted chicken wings. Toss well to coat.
Serve immediately.
