17. Sesame Chicken Wings
This recipe is Asian inspired and delicious.

Ingredients:

Chicken wings (2 lbs.)

Honey (1/2 cup)

Mustard (2/3 cup prepared)

Lemon (1/2, juiced)

Curry powder (1 tsp)

Garlic (3 cloves crushed)

Ground black pepper to taste

Sesame seeds (1/2 cup)
Directions:
In a plastic bag. Combine the mustard, honey, curry powder, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper
Add the wings then marinate for approx., 1 hour in refrigerator.
Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds by placing onto a cookie sheet in oven for approx., 15 minutes, shaking to toss.
Remove wings from marinade.
Broil for 10 mins on each side, till well cooked.
Baste using marinade every few minutes.
Remove from oven, then sprinkle liberally using sesame seeds.
