29. BBQ Maple Glazed Wings
Delicious, lip-smacking maple wings with red pepper flakes.

Ingredients:

Chicken wings (2 pounds)

Extra virgin olive oil (2 Tbsp.)

Paprika (1/2 tbsp. of smoked)

Paprika (1/2 tbsp.)

Garlic (1 Tbsp. of powdered)

Salt and black pepper (Dash)

Butter (4 Tbsp.)

Barbecue sauce (1 cup)

Red pepper flakes (1 tsp)

Maple syrup (¼ cup)

Sauce (2 tsp, hot)

Ranch dressing, for dipping
Directions:
Preheat oven then place a wire rack over baking sheet.
In a bowl, add in the chicken wings and the olive oil. Season with the smoked paprika, cayenne, powdered garlic, black pepper, red pepper flakes and dash of salt. Toss well to mix. Transfer onto the wire rack.
Place into the oven to bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour or until crispy.
Prepare the sauce. In a pan on low heat, add in the butter. Add in the maple syrup, barbecue sauce, and hot sauce. Whisk to mix and allow to come to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes or until thick in consistency. Remove from heat.
Preheat the oven to broil.
Transfer the wings into a bowl. Add in the sauce. Toss well to coat. Transfer onto a wire rack. Place into the oven to bake for 3 minutes or until caramelized.
Serve immediately with the ranch dressing.
