Rebecca Katz holds an MS degree in nutrition and is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. She is the founder of the Inner Cook, a culinary business focused on teaching individuals and communities how to make healthy connections with food, and a senior chef at the Commonweal Cancer Help Program.
