2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
2 cups low-fat granola
1 pint strawberries, sliced
In a tall, clear glass, alternate layers of yogurt, granola, and berries until the glass is full. Make the top layer berries for an attractive presentation.
THE FACTS ABOUT GRANOLA
Granola has been touted as a very healthy food. The facts are that “regular” granola has a very high fat content. Unfortunately, commercial granola is not only full of fat, but the fat is usually hydrogenated, which is very unhealthy. Look for low-fat granola or shop for granola in health food stores, where most are made with unhydrogenated fats.
