SHRIMP IN PESTO CREAM

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2


1 pound raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup prepared pesto

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a medium sauté pan and boil fairly hard about 5 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and the sauce thickens. Serve immediately.
