2 tablespoons prepared cranberry sauce
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 slices multigrain bread, toasted
1/2 pound thinly sliced smoked deli turkey
6 ounces soft Brie cheese, thinly sliced
2 large lettuce leaves
1. In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce and mustard. Spread on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Build the sandwiches by layering the turkey, cheese, and lettuce and enjoy.
