Seared Scallops
Almost nothing tastes better than a fresh scallop quickly seared in butter, so this recipe keeps it simple. Salt, butter, lemon juice, and a hot skillet.

Place a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the butter to melt.
Place the scallops in the skillet. Sprinkle with sea salt and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
Remove the scallops from the heat, sprinkle with the lemon juice, and serve.
