Open-Faced Egg Sandwiches

Ingredients:

4 egg whites

2 eggs

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons butter, softened

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

2 slices whole-wheat bread, toasted
Directions:
Coat a skillet with some spray & heat over med heat.
Whisk the eggs, egg whites, and cheese. Then, add to the skillet & cook till set.
Spread butter on 1 side of toast. Add the egg mixture on top. Garnish with pepper and rosemary. Serve.
