Thai-Style Green Beans
Green beans with Thai flavors.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon chopped shallot
-
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root

1 tablespoon canola oil
-
½ pound fresh green beans, trimmed

Chopped dry roasted peanuts and minced fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the red pepper flakes, peanut butter, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce. Set aside.
In a skillet, cook ginger and shallot in oil for 2 minutes. Add green beans & cook for 3 mins.
Add sauce mixture and mix. Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro and serve.
