A lassi is a refreshing drink typically found in the Indian subcontinent. It contains yogurt and spices or fruit and comes in sweet, savory, and salty versions.
Using frozen mangos thickens the mixture and quickens the preparation by eliminating the need to peel and seed mangos. For easier blending, put the liquids and softer ingredients in the blender first.
If the mixture is too thick, dilute with additional milk. For a touch of acidity (if you don’t have mouth sores), add a teaspoon or two of fresh lemon juice.
