Boneless chicken breasts stuffed with feta cheese, artichoke hearts and black olives makes a mouth-watering meal with great taste and flavor.

Ingredients:
2 lb chicken breast, skinless and boneless
1 ½ cups chicken broth
2 red pepper, roasted and chopped
4 oz. feta
1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
¼ cup black olives, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. oregano, finely chopped
3 cups spinach, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
1. Combine the spinach, roasted red pepper, garlic, artichoke hearts, olives, oregano and feta cheese in a bowl.
2. Rub salt and pepper all over the chicken.
3. Using a sharp knife, create pockets from the side of each chicken breast, about 3/4 deep.
4. Now, stuff the spinach mixture into the chicken pockets.
5. Then, transfer the chicken pieces into the slow cooker with the spinach mixture facing up.
6. Spoon the chicken broth over it.
7. Finally, cover the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on low heat or until the chicken is cooked.
