Ingredients:
10 pieces bacon, cooked
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup light cream
½ cup spinach, chopped
10 eggs, beaten
½ tsp black pepper
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Apply butter all over the slow cooker and if there is any excess, leave it in the slow cooker.
2. Combine spinach, eggs, cheese, pepper and cream in a large sized bowl. Mix well then scoop the mixture into the slow cooker.
3. Next, toss the cooked bacon over the spinach and cream mixture.
4. Cover the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on low heat.
Tips: Make sure that the quiche is not overcooked so it will not become dry.
