Servings: yields about 2 quarts
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
¼ cup goji berries (optional)
2 tbsp salt
½ tbsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Pour all the ingredients into your slow cooker.
2. Pour in enough water to cover the chicken.
3. Cover and cook for 5 hours on low setting.
4. Remove the chicken and goji berries from the broth then let it cool. Store the chicken and broth separately.
