About the Creators

Jessica Scott Kerrin lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She earned very few wilderness badges in her day, but she enjoyed roasting marshmallows and relished telling stories around a blazing campfire. Later, her boys taught her more than she ever wanted to know about slime. Yuck! Martin’s Slime is their favorite.

Joseph Kelly lives in the Valley of the Moon in Sonoma County, California. In winter, the valley comes alive with millions of red-legged frogs. In summer, mobs of crimson-headed vultures sunbathe behind his home. Joseph sees all this and more when he’s not drawing the pictures for the Martin books, which so far have filled up over six hundred notebook pages!
