Acknowledgments

Well, I shall have to thank the two cohorts who talked me into writing this little cozy. Merrie Destefano and DeAnna Cameron (aka DeAnna Drake) approached me one Friday morning at the Corner Bakery during our monthly writers’ lunch. When they gazed at me with puppy-dog eyes and asked if I’d write the third leg of this series, I said of course, thinking it would be a quick exercise in writing a cozy whodunit. Who knew it would end up being so hard, that I would become so invested in these little mice, that I’d write and rewrite until it was just right?

Who knew writing a story in first-person mouse could be so much fun?

I’d also like to thank my grandmother, Myrtle Gail Wetherholt for teaching me how to tell a story and giving me a love for animals, from the very large to the very small.
