Dinner: Chicken Kabobs

Chop 4 ounces’ of chicken breast, raw. Cut them into little chunks to skewer on a stick.

Use quarter cup fat-free dressing (Italian) to marinate the chunks for 30 minutes.

Slice onion and green pepper into small cubes and set out 10 small tomatoes.

Skewer pieces of chicken, pepper, onion, and tomatoes on skewers and start to grill.

Serve with pita pockets made of whole wheat. Toast them over the grill if need be.

Use two spoonfuls of hummus and spread over the pita. 

For dessert, make a popsicle from flavored milk. This is a very healthy dessert option.
