Snack: Chickpea Spread

Take a bowl and smash the chickpeas in it lightly.

To that mix 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 1 clove and 1 minced garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and add 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin.

Combine and mash all the ingredients together thoroughly.

Chop broccoli and pepper (red, orange, or yellow pepper) for dipping.
