Slice a French baguette roll in half. Cut it lengthwise. 6 inch one will do.
Sprinkle low-fatĀ shredded mozzarella cheese on the halves and bake in an oven at 250 degrees for 4 to 6 minutes. Wait for the cheese to melt.
Cut 2 large red tomatoes.
Remove the baguette from oven. Sprinkle dried basil and dried oregano if desired.
Add tomato slices.
