Baked Tortilla Chips
Great tasting chips for dipping – and they’re still healthy. Serve with a nice tomato salsa or other types of dip.

Ingredients:

1 package corn tortillas

2 tsp. olive oil

3 tbsp. lime juice

½ tsp. cumin

½ tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. salt
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Cut the tortilla into wedges – a pizza cutter works great.
3. Transfer the tortilla wedges to a baking sheet.
4. Next, combine the olive oil and lime juice and drizzle over each wedge.
5. Dust with cumin, onion powder, and salt.
6. Bake for 7 minutes.
7. Lastly, turn the baking sheet around and bake for another 7 minutes.
