Crusted Red Snapper

Ingredients:

1 lb. red snapper fillets

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper to taste

3 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise

½ tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients except the red snapper and the olive oil.
3. Coat the fish with the mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
4. Drizzle the fish with the olive oil.
5. Bake for 14 minutes. The fish should be flaky.
