A great side dish, especially with an Indian entrée.

Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Sauté the onions for 5 minutes.
2. Stir in the garlic and ginger and sauté for 2 more minutes.
3. Add the cumin, curry, salt, cayenne pepper, and tamarind paste and stir for 1 minute.
4. Mix the beans and tomato sauce into the skillet and cook on low for5 minutes.
5. Stir in the spinach and let cook for another 3 minutes.
