Biscuits
These are terrific with a meal. With some sugar-free jam and a little bit of butter, they are yummy for breakfast, as well.

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. baking powder

½ cup milk

3 tbsp. coconut oil
Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
3. Next, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
4. Add the milk and coconut oil and blend well.
5. Then, use a glass or pastry cutter to cut out 6 biscuits
6. Drop the biscuits on the baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10 minutes.
