This terrific snack or dessert is diabetic-friendly. We’ve used whole milk instead of skim milk, which, of course, raises the carbohydrate level. The choice is yours, but it does greatly improve the flavor.

Directions:
1. Place the butter, cocoa, and expresso powder in a pan and stir until creamy.
2. Set aside.
3. Whip the eggs and stir in the Swerve.
4. Add the flour and baking powder to the eggs.
5. Stir in the cocoa mixture.
6. Pour in the milk and vanilla extract. Then, stir in the walnut.
7. Bake for 30 minutes in a baking dish
