Makes 4 to 6 servings
1 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
2 T. brown sugar, packed
1 T. red pepper flakes
1 t. hot pepper sauce
1 t. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
24 to 36 medium shrimp
Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a one-pint glass jar. Shake well; refrigerate sauce for at least 24 hours. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, brushing generously with sauce.
