Makes 6 servings
6 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 T. butter, diced
1 t. seasoning salt
1/2 t. pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Spoon onto a double length of aluminum foil; fold foil up around ingredients and seal well. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
