Garlic Deviled Eggs

Makes 12 servings

6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

1/3 c. mayonnaise

1/2 to 1 t. mustard

1 t. pickle relish

1 onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/8 t. salt

Garnish: paprika

Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks, setting aside egg whites. In a mixing bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites; sprinkle with paprika. Chill.
