Neon Yang (www.neonyang.com) is the author of the Tensorate series of novellas from Tordotcom Publishing, beginning with The Black Tides of Heaven. Their debut novel, The Genesis of Misery, will be published in 2022. Neon’s work has been shortlisted for numerous awards, including the Hugo, Nebula, World Fantasy, British Fantasy, and Lambda Literary awards. They are queer, nonbinary, and currently live in Singapore.
