Remove
the
chicken
from
the
marinade
and
shake
off
any
excess.
Grill
the
breasts
for
6
to
7
minutes
per
side,
turning
once,
or
until cooked
through
and
no
longer
pink
in
the
center.
6. Heat the oven broiler to high.
7. Place the grilled chicken in an oven-proof baking dish and top each one with 2 pieces of bacon. Layer 2 slices of the provolone cheese over each breast, then finish with the mushrooms and onions.
8. Broil under the high heat for just a couple of minutes, until the cheese is slightly toasted and bubbly.
