Wildfire Grilled Corn
WHAT A GREAT WAY TO LIVEN UP CORN ON THE COB! JUST WRAP THE EARS IN FOIL

BOTTLED SAUCE.
1 / 4 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter 1 / 4 cup Bob Evans Wildfire Barbecue Sauce 4 ears fresh corn, husk and silk removed
1. Light a charcoal barbecue or heat a gas grill to medium. Clean the grate and coat it with vegetable oil.
2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in the barbecue sauce.
3. Brush each ear of corn with the sauce, then wrap in heavy-duty foil.
4. Cook on the hot grill 15 to 20 minutes, or until the corn is tender.
5. Serve in the foil, for each diner to unwrap on his or her plate.
Serves 4
This is a great recipe to double or triple to bring to a backyard barbecue or a
cookout with family andf riends. Make ahead of time and keep refrigerated,
ready to toss on the grill.
